Higher vocational college education management involves a large number of repetitive administrative tasks, where traditional manual processing is inefficient and error-prone, becoming a bottleneck that constrains management quality improvement. Drawing on practical cases from a higher vocational college, this study explores the application value of Python technology in two typical business scenarios: first, enrollment examination data processing, where automated methods are used to quickly match and distribute student information confirmation forms, compressing work that originally took weeks into minutes; second, student assignment plagiarism detection, where text similarity detection technology assists teachers in identifying plagiarism behaviors and maintaining academic integrity. The findings show that Python technology not only significantly improves education management efficiency, but also plays a positive role in promoting student integrity education, optimizing teaching evaluation, and building a fair academic environment, providing a practical path for higher vocational college education management informatization.
