Current Status and Optimization Strategies for Integrating Aesthetic Education with Traditional Handicrafts in Teacher Training for Kindergartens in Tibetan Counties—A Case Study of a County in Qamdo City

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the nation's promotion of aesthetic education and traditional cultural inheritance, integrating Tibetan traditional handicrafts into county-level kindergarten aesthetic education serves as a crucial measure to implement cultural confidence and quality education. However, the current key constraint lies in the weakness of the teaching staff. This paper takes a kindergarten in Qamdo City as the research subject. By analyzing the composition of teaching staff (Broussonetia papyrifera), teachers' knowledge and instructional capabilities, as well as training conditions, it examines the shortcomings in the teacher development system, demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of optimization, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.
