To evaluate the digital-intelligent maintenance capability, an evaluation index system is constructed based on cloud model theory from five dimensions: standard system development, technical foundation, production regulation and control, quality management and control, and digital-intelligent construction. A four-level evaluation criterion is proposed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and correlation coefficient method are combined through game theory to determine the weights of evaluation indicators. The cloud model is adopted to calculate the correlation degree between evaluation indicators and evaluation grades, thereby establishing an evaluation model for digital-intelligent maintenance capability. Operational data from a maintenance institution are substituted into the proposed model to assess its digital-intelligent maintenance capability. The results verify that the proposed evaluation method is stable and reliable, and the research findings can provide effective technical support for the evaluation of digital-intelligent maintenance capability.
