Artificial intelligence, as a strategic technology spearheading a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, is evolving from a mere technical tool into a new economic form that reshapes the economic system. Promoting the deep integration of AI and strategic emerging industries is not only an inherent requirement for cultivating new quality productive forces but also a pivotal move to seize the commanding heights of global technological competition. This paper systematically elucidates the internal mechanism of their integrated development from three dimensions—technology drive, industrial traction, and ecosystem reconstruction. On this basis, it proposes four integration paths: tackling key technological bottlenecks, scenario-driven development, ecosystem co-construction, and factor support, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in response to current practical challenges. The study concludes that the integration of AI and strategic emerging industries is essentially a synergistic evolutionary process driven by the triple logics of technology, industry, and ecology, and needs to be advanced systematically from multiple dimensions such as top-level design, technology inclusiveness, and governance system.
