The world is different from the past, and mutual exchanges of culture become faster than ever because of the new web era, causing some people to be confused about both domestic and foreign cultures and to lose confidence in the national culture. Based on this fact, this paper studies the identification with and the characteristics of national cultural confidence, and the methods of enhancing national cultural confidence, and puts forward four suggestions to strengthen national cultural confidence, namely, the firm adherence to the national cultural confidence view through theoretical studying; the firm adherence to the innovation and practice of national cultural confidence through striving forward; the firm adherence to assimilating advanced culture through rejecting arrogance; the firm adherence to the belief that a strong nation leads to a strong national culture through working hard for the national prosperity.
