Exploration and Practice of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Economics Curriculum

Abstract

In the context of rapid globalization and informatization, the teaching of Western Economics and its ideological and political development face unprecedented challenges and opportunities. To better integrate Socialist Core Values with economics education, this paper analyzes existing issues in the ideological and political education of the Western Economics. It further proposes a series of innovative approaches to optimize this educational integration, including enhancing teaching content, innovating pedagogical methods, improving the course assessment system and strengthening faculty development.
