Abstract

The scientific evaluation of book suppliers is essential to procure books that best meet work requirements for employees under constraints of limited time and funding. Establishing corporate book corners effectively enhances employee competency, making the efficient selection of high-quality book suppliers with finite resources a critical priority. This study constructs a structured indicator system for book suppliers based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). First, five primary indicators were identified: Supply Capacity, Price, Service Capability, Logistics Factors, and Financial and Credit Status, along with 14 detailed secondary indicators. Second, an improved Delphi method was employed to calibrate indicator weights under expert consensus, while the yaahp tool was used to validate the consistency of judgment matrices (CR < 0.1). Finally, empirical analysis verified the model’s scientific validity and practical applicability in multi-criteria decision-making. Through hierarchical decomposition and data-driven weight allocation, this model provides enterprises with a replicable decision-making paradigm for dynamic supplier management.
