Against the backdrop of globalization and technological innovation, the complexity and challenges of pharmaceutical operation and management are increasing, placing higher demands on the cultivation of medical and health talents. This study aims to explore the key roles and impacts of such talents in pharmaceutical operation and management, and to assess the strengths and weaknesses of current educational training models. Through an in-depth analysis of these models, the paper proposes a series of concrete measures for educational reform and practical innovation, with the goal of improving the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation. Using methods such as literature review, case analysis, and empirical investigation, the study presents specific reform strategies and evaluation systems. Finally, the paper offers policy recommendations to support the ongoing development of talent training and practice reform.
