This study provides a detailed analysis of the mental health challenges of American Asian women and their causes. Studies have shown that cultural differences, social exclusion, family responsibility, and educational and occupational background are the main factors affecting their mental health. This paper highlights the importance of multi-level interventions by assessing the effects of individual coping strategies, community support, and policy reform. It propose that the mental health status of Asian women can be effectively improved by enhancing the cultural sensitivity of mental health services, strengthening community support networks, and implementing inclusive policies.
