A Study on the Relationship between Aesthetic Education and the Improvement of College Students' Comprehensive Quality

Abstract

In the global educational environment, aesthetic education has gradually been recognized for its significant impact on improving the comprehensive quality of college students. This study aims to explore the relationship between aesthetic education and the enhancement of college students' comprehensive quality, analyzing how aesthetic education affects students' development at emotional, cognitive, and social behavioral levels. Through literature review and empirical analysis, the study reveals the role of aesthetic education in higher education and its status in global educational trends. The findings show that aesthetic education not only enriches students' cultural life but also promotes their critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and social adaptability. These findings underscore the value of aesthetic education in the current higher education system, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for future educational policies and practices.
